SDCC 2018 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CUSTOMERS
SDCC 2018 collectables are available to be purchased in Australia on the Friday 20th July 2018 from 7am.
We will be selling these on the website, either on Friday 20th July 2018 6pm or Saturday 21st July 2018 10am. We can confirm the time and date on Friday 20th July 2018.
All SDCC 2018 collectables will have the 2018 Summer Convention Exclusive Sticker.
We will NOT be pre-selling any SDCC collectables before the date and we will NOT not be selling any Limited Pieces or Toy Tokyo or Funimation collectables.
Con days are one of the busiest times for us and we appreciate the patience and understanding from all our customers.

Our website isn't fully stocked at the moment as our family emergency is ongoing. The website is activated but limited products are available. We do not want to sell you a product that we can not obtain for you.

NEW CATEGORY
As some of you are aware, PopsGalore have taken down our Pre-Order category. Due to delayed manufacturing or other reasons some products can be delayed by a few weeks to months. It is out of our control but our customers are eager for their items.
So we decided to have a new category called “Coming In-stock” which means. Once new products are in-stock with supplier and we have confirmation that we are receving X amount of stock, we will start taking orders for those products. These products will take roughly 3 - 7 business days before they arrive to us at PopsGalore.
If a products has sold out, check again in a few days as we may order more stock.
This then guarantees’ the products are on there way to us. So no more waiting for months for a product.
All previous orders with pre-ordered products are still active and will be fulfilled.
NEW CHANGES
In the next few months, there will be a few changes happening on our website. We do not want to giveaway too much information but it will be all good changes. I apologies in advance now, if there may be a bit of delay on orders or emails.
