New Released Limited Chase Edition Collectibles:

  • Are NOT guaranteed (unless stated), for a chance to obtain one you must purchase the common version of the chase.
  • Chases are randomly distributed by blind pick. 
  • Chases may come slight damaged / without a sticker but this is how we received them. Nonetheless it's still a chase and can not be refunded or exchanged. 
  • Please do not request for chases in your order or to purchase them individually as we do not offer this.

Chase Cases:

  • Chase case contains 1x Chase & 5x Common version of the chase. 
  • Once the case is with PopsGalore, we will open it to insure the chase is supplied then seal the box back up.
  • Chases may come slight damaged / without a sticker but this is how we received them. Nonetheless it's still a chase and can not be refunded or exchanged. 
  • We do not store these cases at PopsGalore, these are "In-stock with supplier" products. More information regarding "In-stock with supplier" products please scroll down below to the "In-stock with Supplier" section. 

Mystery Boxes (Grail or Fail) :

  • Please read the product description to follow the rules and guidelines.
  • All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

Funko Pop Pez:

  • Please read the product description of these products.
  • This is a food/perishable item. 
  • All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

Max Quantity items: 

  • Each QTY limit applies per account. (Unless stated)
  • Some products will have Max order quantity set. Which means you can only order a specific amount per account
  • If you'd like to purchase the product/s again with the same account, please allow a cooldown period of 7 days from your last purchase of the product/s. If customers do no respect the cooldown period, orders will be cancelled and a 10% cancellation fee will occur. 
  • This is implemented to allow everyone a chance to grab their collectibles. 

Orders:

  • Any orders that have in-stock and in-stock with supplier and pre-orders products will not be shipped till all products are in hand. If you'd prefer your in-stock products to be shipped first, please check out with the in-stock items only, then a seperate check out with either in-stock supplier or pre-orders.
  • Once all products are available & payments have been cleared, allow up to 2 - 4 business days for order/s to be processed & packed before delivery.
  • If you require your order to be rushed please contact us first before placing your order.

Pre-orders: 

  • These products are not in-stock yet.
  • By purchasing a pre-order product/s you are securing that product before it has arrived to us. 
  • If an order contains in-stock products and pre-order products we won't ship your in-stock products until all pre-order products have arrived. 
  • If you require in-stock products urgently, we advise that you create a separate order for the pre-order products.
  • Estimated dates are supplied by our distributor. Dates are subject to change and unfortunately, we have no control over this. Funko have been known to push release dates back without notice and this can cause a lot of frustration for both our customers and staff, that we have zero control over.

In-stock with supplier (ISWS):

  • Any products stated In-stock with supplier is noted in the product description as well as on the product thumbanil.
  • This category is an order by order section. Last we checked the supplier has the item in-stock and are available to order them.
  • Once an order has been made, we then add them to our next stock order with our supplier which can take up 12 business days before being able to dispatch them to the customer.  
  • If for some reason PopsGalore can not fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Clearance, Previous Collection Pop Vinyls and Loose | OOB (Out of Box) Collectibles:

  • Please make sure you've read the description of the product before making your purchase.
  • All products in this category are sold as is and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please make sure you check your order carefully as we will not accept liability for incorrectly purchased items or change of mind.
  • Pre-Orders can be cancelled with no cancellation fee if the item has not been released with supplier. However, if the items have began the process with our supplier, this will fall on the "change of mind policy" and as such our cancellation and restocking fee will apply.  
  • Orders contain in-stock items be cancelled with a 10% fee of your order. If not yet processed through the our packing or delivery process.

Returns/Credits Policy

  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges on products that are stated (DB) Damaged / Damaged Box.
  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges for imperfections. For more information please read our Product Conditions.
  • If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours from when the parcel has been delivered. As well as providing pictures of how the parcel was delivered and the damage pop damage.
  • If any item that we have supplied was incorrect, please contact PopsGalore within 24 hours from when the parcel has been delivered. In this case, if possible we can offer a replacement or store credit into your account or a refund of the item.
  • Clearance items are non-refundable. 

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Free Gift:

  • This is only available during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday event.
  • 1 Free Gift per order.

Reward / Loyalty Program:

  • PG Crowns are automatically calculated through the website. 
  • PopsGalore has the right to cancel PG Crowns or cancel a redemption should the PG Crowns be awarded incorrectly. 
  • If your order is refunded the PG Crowns accrued will be removed from your account.
  • PG Crowns can not be used to purchase any online gift vouchers. 
  • PopsGalore reserves the right to change/cancel our PG Crowns reward / loyalty program at any time without notice. 

Payment Methods:

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay* and Zippay*.
  • Afterpay and Zippay are available when the order total is *over $100 including shipping cost.

Promocodes:

  • From time to time we offer promotional codes for either new or existing customers.
  • All promocodes have an expiration date and are available for a defined period of time only. 
  • Eligibility is based on meeting a minimum spend excluding delivery fee.
  • Multiple promo codes are not able to be combined on the same order. One promo code per delivery.

Product Condition:

  • Funko Products, Paint flaws occur on almost every product produced and are a natural part of the product and we do not offer exchange or refund for this case. Funko product boxes are designed to transport the product, minor box dents and creases do not constitute as a damaged product. PopsGalore inspected each Funko product before they get dispatched we do our best to send out out the best box condition possible or considered as 9/10 - 8/10. (For more information please refer to our Product Condition policy).
